Job Summary
Executive Sales Manager responsible for leading store sales and operations in Laguna Niguel, CA. Drives membership growth, revenue attainment, staff performance, and store efficiency. Oversees onboarding and ongoing training, sets and coaches toward goals, manages the sales process, marketing campaigns, and community partnerships to boost store performance. Key duties include daily revenue reporting, scheduling optimization, ensuring a safe, engaging store environment, and delivering excellent customer experiences. Requires leadership experience in health and wellness or retail, a bachelor’s degree or higher, strong communication and analytical skills, payroll/scheduling familiarity, and a track record of meeting financial targets.
Required Qualifications
