Job Summary
Executive Sales Coordinator to support the EVP of Ad Sales at FOX TV Stations in New York. Responsibilities include handling internal and external communications, scheduling and travel coordination for the EVP and sales executives, planning and executing special projects, pulling and analyzing reports, researching industry trends and potential clients, maintaining confidentiality, and leveraging software applications to improve productivity within the sales department. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), proven sales-support experience, strong written and verbal communication, excellent organization, discretion with confidential information, and ability to work both independently and with the sales team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the media sales or streaming/CTV industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant applications
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
