Job Summary
Executive Sales Consultant responsible for driving broker relationships and achieving sales goals through broker growth initiatives and new group submissions. Independently re-engages inactive brokers, delivers comprehensive product and technology training, and manages a robust pipeline via outbound and follow-up calls. Develops and executes sales strategies to meet annual targets, uses sales status reports to monitor activity, and collaborates across leadership to share insights. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of carrier partners, industry trends, underwriting nuances, and marketplace factors; trains team members and participates in onboarding. Builds cross-functional relationships, provides exceptional customer service, and negotiates effectively to close sales. Must reside in Tennessee, hold a Tennessee life/health insurance license, and possess a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with at least four years of health care/medical sales experience; travel 15-35%.
