Job Summary
Executive Sales Consultant role focusing on driving broker relationships and achieving sales goals through advanced broker growth initiatives and new group submissions. Responsibilities include re-engaging inactive brokers, delivering product and technology training, managing a robust pipeline via outbound/follow-up calls, leading agency training, coordinating with national sales leaders, and guiding brokers from quote to implementation. Requires strong consultative selling, deep knowledge of health care products and underwriting nuances, ability to train colleagues, track progress with sales reports, and travel 15-35%. Must live in Georgia and hold an active life/health insurance license in GA; bachelor’s degree preferred with 4+ years in healthcare/medical sales; experience with Salesforce and RFP processes is advantageous.
