Job Summary
Drive broker relationships, exceed sales goals, train and mentor new hires, and manage a national agency network. Develop and execute sales strategies, analyze trends, and present to brokers and leadership while maintaining a robust pipeline through outbound and follow-up calls. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of health care products, carriers, and market dynamics; collaborate across teams; and lead broker education initiatives and agency training efforts to support renewal conversations and new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Active life/health insurance license in South Carolina
- Minimum 4 years of health care/medical sales/service experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
