Job Summary
Executive Sales Consultant responsible for driving broker relationships, achieving annual sales targets, and developing new business opportunities in North Carolina health care/ group insurance markets. The role emphasizes maintaining frequent, impactful communication with brokers, re-engaging inactive brokers, delivering comprehensive product and technology training, and managing a robust sales pipeline through regular outbound and follow-up calls. Key duties include leading agency training initiatives, participating in industry events, guiding brokers through the full sales cycle from quote to implementation, analyzing sales trends, and collaborating with leadership to optimize strategy and performance. Required skills include advanced analytics to read sales reports, exceptional interpersonal and presentation abilities, ability to train teams and mentors, strong negotiation and relationship-management capabilities, proficiency with SalesForce and other Microsoft products, and a proven track record in health care/medical sales with a bachelor’s degree preference and four-plus years of experience. Travel is expected (approximately 15-35%).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred AND minimum four (4) years of experience in business-to-business or business-to-consumer.
