Analyze plant behaviors to devise strategies for changing safety culture and create reward schemes. Develop and execute a safety training calendar for all staff, covering standards, work permits, and risk assessment. Manage statutory compliances by preparing requirement lists, forming the Safety Committee, and tracking adherence. Conduct safety audits, develop checklists, and close findings with stakeholders while maintaining records. Train functional leaders on risk assessment tools like HAZOP and BBS, execute emergency plans, and lead mock drills. Investigate accidents and ensure protocol compliance. Requires B.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, 5+ years factory experience, and 2+ years as a Safety Professional.
