Job Summary
Conduct Fixed Asset, General Ledger, and Inventory reconciliations while managing month-end accruals, provisions, and audit liaisoning. Perform bank and intercompany reconciliations, oversee ledger scrutiny for open items, and coordinate with plant project teams for capitalization. Prepare depreciation postings, maintain asset documentation, and evaluate complex accounting transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting. Implement Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives to automate processes and drive operational efficiency. Support internal and external stakeholders on day-to-day finance requirements, establish governance calls, and reduce customer escalations through root cause analysis.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in RTR
- A Graduate qualification in Finance
- post gratuate/ MBA Finance
- Inter CA
- Atleast 3-4 on-shore/off-shore transition experience
- Advance Excel
- SAP-FICO Module
- Understanding of COPA
- Strong technical knowledge of Finance and Accounts
- Commercial acumen of leading control design and validation of the process
- Efficient Problem Solving Skills
- Effective Communication Skills
