Executive Robotic Stapling Specialist (OH)

Job Summary

Drive market share growth for stapling technologies by serving as the district expert on Signia, Specialty Reloads, and Circular EEATM. Lead the introduction and execution of robotic hybrid bedside procedures across the region while providing hands-on training to surgeons and surgical teams. Initiate and execute district-wide programs including Therapy Awareness and Peer-to-Peer Training to enhance robotic surgical expertise and influence market adoption. Maintain a weekly presence in robotic procedures to deepen clinical knowledge and build strategic relationships with robotic surgery teams. Achieve and exceed sales quotas while increasing margin growth by shifting from manual to powered stapling solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND at least 10+ years of medical device sales experience
  • Associate's Degree AND at least 8+ years of medical device sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree AND at least 6+ years of medical device sales experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
  • Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States must satisfy the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A)

Desired Qualifications

  • 7 years of medical sales experience and knowledge
  • Business Acumen and ability to analyze regional sales potential
  • Leading and coaching abilities demonstrated by a demonstrated track record for meeting and exceeding sales objectives
  • Proven track record in sales within the medical device or healthcare industry, preferably in the surgical or related fields
  • Strong understanding of clinical environments and the ability to communicate complex product information to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in building and managing key customer relationships with decision-makers in both clinical and administrative roles
  • Ability to analyze business trends and use insights to develop actionable strategies
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., SF.com) and Microsoft Office Suite
