Job Summary
Executive Resort Sales Representative is responsible for conducting one-on-one sales presentations to qualified guests and presenting membership upgrade opportunities to drive sales goals within Travel Resorts of America’s Upgrade Sales Division. The role emphasizes delivering a professional guest experience, communicating membership benefits and options, meeting or exceeding sales goals, and participating in ongoing training programs. The position supports uncapped earning potential through draw plus commission and includes benefits such as health insurance, PTO, and a 401(k). The role requires strong communication, self-motivation, and a professional demeanor, and includes a Wednesday–Sunday work schedule with background and drug screening required.
