Job Summary
Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to refine search theses and own all candidate identification and prioritization for critical searches. Curate an always-on market map by identifying target companies, key product charters, and reporting lines to fuel executive pipelines. Collaborate with key partners throughout the hiring lifecycle, converting market noise into qualified leads, insights, and actionable recommendations for recruiters. Drive search strategy and execution while maintaining a robust pipeline of exceptional candidates poised to drive company growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of research experience in executive recruiting
- preferably within a fast-paced technology company or search firm
- Proven ability to partner with executives
- track record of successful collaborations with senior leaders
