Job Summary
Executive, Recruitment Onboarding in the FA Division administering recruitment processes, conducting Fit and Proper checks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high data accuracy across multiple systems. Contributes to process improvements by developing templates and AI-assisted workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and supporting management reporting and strategic planning. Supports business and regulatory audits, writes clear, structured documentation, and provides user stories for system enhancements with involvement in UAT. Requires strong Excel skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; role offers hybrid work arrangement and exposure to regulatory, system, and operational responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in the life insurance industry
- Familiarity with recruitment onboarding processes and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Excel functions (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleaning)
- Ability to write clear, structured, and compliant documentation or case notes
- Experience using AI tools to summarise content, process information, or prepare drafts
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Comfort working with multiple systems and high attention to data accuracy
- Strong team player with the ability to build rapport across functions
