Job Summary
Develop and implement recruitment strategies using LinkedIn, professional networks, and job boards to source candidates for senior-level roles. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess qualifications to determine fit for executive positions across multiple industries. Build and maintain a strong talent network by expanding relationships with potential candidates and internal stakeholders while managing recruitment timelines to meet hiring targets. Requires previous experience as a recruiter or executive search consultant with strong bilingual communication skills. Offers exposure to executive search projects across the U.S. and Latin America within a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or executive search consultant
- Experience recruiting senior or executive-level talent
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing tools
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to use multiple sourcing platforms and recruitment technologies
- Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Results-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
