Job Summary

Executive Recruiter to own full-cycle executive searches (VP and C-suite) across technical, business, and operational functions, partnering directly with the CEO and senior leadership to define role scope and ideal candidate profiles. Build and maintain a proprietary network of senior talent, drive market mapping and talent intelligence, run high-signal interview processes for senior candidates, manage candidate experience with professionalism, and lead offer processes including compensation benchmarking. Role requires operating with urgency and discretion, with responsibilities spanning from search initiation to closing; experience with Ashby or similar ATS is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on executive and senior leadership searches
  • Proven ability to close high-caliber VP-level and above candidates
  • Strong network across engineering, product, finance, or operations
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive, executive-level searches
  • Independent, self-starting work style in fast-moving environments
  • (Plus) Background in executive search firm or retained search
  • (Plus) Experience at startup or high-growth tech company
  • (Plus) Familiarity with Ashby or modern ATS tools
  • (Plus) Interest in crypto, markets, or fintech

Desired Qualifications

  • Track record closing high-caliber candidates at the VP level and above in competitive markets
  • Deep network across at least one or two functional areas — engineering, product, finance, or operations
  • Polished, confident communicator comfortable engaging with founders, board members, and senior executives
  • Discretion and professionalism as a default — you handle sensitive searches without leaking signal
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal structure in a fast-moving environment
