Job Summary
Full lifecycle Executive Recruiter Associate responsible for sourcing and pipeline development within Asset & Wealth Management; lead requirement intake calls, map talent, source through multiple channels, screen and present candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, liaise with HR and compensation; 3+ years in executive search; strong client management and communication skills; able to present recruiting activity to senior clients; preferred MS PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe; financial services/asset management experience a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience at an executive search firm, focused on sourcing
- Willing to roll up their sleeves and take ownership of sourcing/outreach and day-to-day support, with the capability and desire to grow into a broader role over time
- Experience sourcing and pipelining talent
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver a first class candidate experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to present recruiting activity to senior clients when required
- Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and escalations where appropriate
- Good prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe skills
- Financial services experience preferred; asset management exposure is a major plus
