Executive Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary
Understand client requirements and conduct feasibility studies while liaising with clients, architects, consultants, and attending site meetings. Review drawings and specifications to prepare project cost estimates, measure quantities for architectural and structural works, and handle pre- and post-contract administration. Prepare contracts, tender documents, and subcontract agreements; assess variation orders, valuations, budgets, and payment claims. Coordinate subcontractor works, monitor contractual compliance, and track project progress to advise on claims. Ensure compliance with statutory building regulations. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Building or Quantity Surveying and four years of experience in consultancy or main contractor environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
- 4 years of experience within pre and post contract in consultancy / main contractor environment
- Builder and/or infrastructure project would be of advantages
