Job Summary
Executive Quality Assurance role focused on monitoring Representative calls to ensure world-class customer service, accuracy, productivity, and associate motivation. Responsibilities include tracking and reporting on quality, providing effective feedback, maintaining confidential records, and ensuring adherence to quality assurance standards. Duties also cover data entry and retrieval across computer databases, document preparation and transmission, filing, and general office support (mail handling, using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software). The role emphasizes building positive relationships with colleagues and guests, adhering to safety and company policies, and supporting team goals. Requirements include a High school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of related experience.
Required Qualifications

- At least 6 months experience related experience
