Job Summary
Executive Protection Security Officer responsible for maintaining a safe, secure environment for Nemacolin guests, associates, and property assets; provides protective service to VIPs, ownership, and resort executive team; responds to emergencies resort-wide; conducts investigations and surveillance; maintains knowledge of current security laws; patrols facilities and maintains a high-profile security presence; requires PA Act 235 certification, military or law enforcement background, and completion of a hospitality security officer certification within 60 days; shifts may be flex or float; must be able to work independently, speak English, and hold a valid driver’s license; includes opportunities for professional development and growth.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- PA Act 235 certification
- Military or law enforcement background
- Complete and pass a hospitality security officer certification program within 60 days (Provided by Nemacolin Resort)
- Pass a physical fitness evaluation prior to starting employment
- Able to work various shifts, including flex shift/float position
- Possess excellent leadership skills and be able to make sound decisions
- Able to work independently without direct supervision
- Must be able to speak and write English
- Maintain a current, valid driver's license
