Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end residential security and executive protection program for a high-profile client in Bangalore, acting as the single point of contact for all operational, administrative, and escalation matters. Lead, supervise, and mentor EP agents, guards, and site supervisors while handling manpower planning, rostering, leave management, and 24×7 coverage. Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews, and on-site checks to ensure discipline, then handle incidents and emergencies with discretion. Lead incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions, ensuring SOPs and risk mitigation measures are implemented. Requires 8+ years in residential security or executive protection, with travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in residential security, executive protection, or comparable corporate security roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‐management skills
- Sound knowledge of EP protocols, residential security, and local dynamics
- Operational planning, problem‐solving, and incident‐handling capability
- High levels of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions
- Regular computer usage
- Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment
- Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking
- Travel, as required
