Job Summary
Manage end-to-end operations for a high-profile residential security and Executive Protection program, serving as the single point of contact for all client, internal, and vendor coordination. Lead, supervise, and mentor EP agents, guards, drivers, and supervisors while handling manpower planning, rostering, and 24×7 operational coverage. Conduct regular briefings, performance reviews, and on-site checks to ensure discipline, then handle incidents, emergencies, and contingencies with discretion. Lead incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions, ensuring SOPs and risk mitigation measures are implemented and reviewed. Requires 8+ years in residential security or executive protection, with travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in residential security, executive protection, or comparable corporate security roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‐management skills
- Sound knowledge of EP protocols, residential security, and local dynamics
- Operational planning, problem‐solving, and incident‐handling capability
- High levels of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
- Physical and mental capacity to effectively perform all essential functions
- Regular computer usage
- Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment
- Frequent sitting, standing, and/or walking
- Travel, as required
