Job Summary
Lead and coordinate executive protection operations, including advance work, route planning, and on-site security management for Anduril's executive leadership. Develop comprehensive operational plans for travel and events using Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies. Provide hands-on close protection and secure transportation while maintaining and improving standard operating procedures. Train team members in best practices and mentor staff on Anduril-specific protocols. Manage protective equipment and vehicles, prepare after-action reports, and contribute to continuous program improvement. Remain flexible to support other roles within the Security Special Services Program as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 7+ years of experience in security operations or executive protection, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in developing operational plans and risk assessments
- Proficiency in OSINT techniques and tools
- Strong understanding of physical security principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain relevant security clearances
- Willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
- Must hold a valid U.S. Passport
- Up to 50% travel required

- Advanced first aid and defensive driving certifications
