Job Summary
Executive Protection Agent/Security Driver protects C-suite executives during travel, operates a luxury vehicle, and maintains confidentiality and security in high-stakes environments. The role requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in executive protection or a similar security field, a valid Indiana driver’s license, Indiana CCW permit, completion of state armed security training, and the ability to conduct route planning, threat assessment, and incident response while coordinating with security teams. The position is full-time, based in Indiana, with 24/7 availability for the client and potential domestic and international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive protection driver or in a similar role serving high-profile clientele
- Prior law enforcement, military, or high-level private security background
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Valid Indiana driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age and not prohibited from carrying a firearm
- Pass a fingerprinting/background check
- Must have a clean criminal record
- Indiana CCW permit for concealed carry in other states with reciprocity
- Must have completed all required Indiana state certified training for an armed security guard (must provide certificates) with additional training as necessary
- Eligible to receive Indiana Armed Security Guard licensing under employer
- Certification in Executive Protection or close protection (preferred: EP schools such as ESI, EPI, or similar)
- Excellent knowledge of Evansville, IN and surrounding area roadways
- Experience in emergency response
- Strong judgment, discretion, and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
