Job Summary
The Executive Protection Agent is responsible for safeguarding the Executive Committee during travel and events, conducting risk assessments, and developing protection plans. Essential duties include providing close protection, conducting security assessments, managing events, and ensuring secure transportation. Candidates must have extensive experience in executive protection, hold relevant certifications, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role requires physical fitness, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Extensive international travel is required, along with flexible work hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-8 years in executive protection or high-profile private security roles
- Valid firearm license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
- Executive Protection Certification
- Completion of a handgun certification course
- Protective Driving Certification
- First Aid & CPR, preferably AED certification
- Regional-specific licenses or permits
Desired Qualifications
- Multilingual abilities, especially in French, German, or Arabic.
- Additional security or threat detection training.
