Job Summary
Conduct overall safety and security for protectees and corporate employees by monitoring alarm and camera systems, managing access control for visitors and vendors, and detecting suspicious activity. Partner with intelligence teams, the global security operations center, and local law enforcement to proactively identify and mitigate threats while maintaining strict discretion and confidentiality. Report security vulnerabilities effectively and build relationships with key staff and stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role requires irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and demands physical readiness for immediate response to attacks or hazards.
Required Qualifications
- Participation in random drug screenings
- Must complete physical readiness test prior to offer of employment
- Team members must always maintain physical readiness to respond to an attack or hazard
- Pass pre-employment background investigation
- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Possess a valid and current driver license
- Possess a valid U.S Passport
- Must be able to obtain a state guard card and firearms license
- Ability to work irregular or extended hours (shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays)
Desired Qualifications
- Military, law enforcement, or security backgrounds
- Prior ERT, military, law enforcement or executive protection experience providing physical security, emergency response, surveillance detection, secure transportation
- Prior training in incident response, emergency medicine, etc.
- Professional and friendly communicator with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence (prior experience in customer service or hospitality industries)
