Job Summary
Gather site data, land use information, and statutory guidelines to support preliminary project analysis and feasibility documentation. Assist in compiling submission documents, reviewing design materials, and coordinating with consultants to ensure alignment with requirements. Track submission timelines, maintain organized records of planning data, and support mock-up inspections and design prototypes. Use basic functions of GIS, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 for document viewing and issue tracking. Complete assigned planning tasks in a timely manner while building knowledge of statutory procedures and project workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in property development, project coordination, or a planning-related role
Desired Qualifications
- Additional coursework or training in planning software (AutoCAD, GIS, BIM)
- Exposure to regulatory submissions, drawing management, or consultant coordination
- Demonstrated ability to manage time, follow instructions, and support multiple project tasks simultaneously
- Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and document collaboration platforms
