Job Summary
Lead cross-functional meetings with internal stakeholders to communicate priorities, timelines, risks, and progress updates. Manage projects through the full lifecycle from planning through execution and completion, partnering with department leaders to define scope from sampling through production delivery. Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure accountability, while coordinating workflows across departments to eliminate bottlenecks and improve efficiency. Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain clear documentation, reporting, and communication with leadership. Collaborate with overseas suppliers and manufacturing partners, including frequent communication with teams in Asia. Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field required with 4-5+ years of experience. Professional fluency in Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred. 100% onsite in Brea, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
- 4-5+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or cross-functional support roles
- Experience managing projects across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with overseas suppliers or contract manufacturers (Asia preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- 100% onsite in Brea, CA
Desired Qualifications
