Job Summary
Lead and manage aerospace programs from project initiation through closure, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and quality expectations. Monitor schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables while driving governance aligned with customer and organizational objectives. Manage new project introductions, coordinate kick-offs, and execute end-to-end order lifecycles by collaborating with planning, procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams. Act as the primary customer interface, building relationships, resolving delivery challenges, and supporting business development. Prepare status reports and presentations for stakeholders and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

- Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

- Bachelor's Degree in Related disciplines
- Extensive experience in Aerospace Program Management
- Extensive experience in Manufacturing/EMS/Aerospace industry
- Extensive experience in Customer program management
- Extensive experience in Project execution and delivery management
- Strong understanding of Aerospace manufacturing and program execution
- Strong understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Strong understanding of Order management and production planning
- Strong understanding of Customer relationship management (CRM)
- Experience handling cross-functional project execution in complex manufacturing environments
- Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
- Strong customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Desired Qualifications
- PMP or Program Management certification
- Experience in Aerospace, Defense, EMS, or high-reliability manufacturing environments
- Exposure to ERP/Project Management tools
