Job Summary
The Executive – Production in Pharma will implement a monthly production schedule ensuring consistent quality and adherence to regulatory standards. The role involves performing production activities to achieve customer service goals, coordinating with various departments for maintenance and procurement, and ensuring compliance with GQS, HSE, and ISO guidelines. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, yield monitoring, and training staff on critical processes. Candidates are required to have a diploma in pharmacy or engineering and 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical production.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma Pharmacy
- Diploma Mechanical Engineering
- Diploma Instrumentation Engineering
- Diploma Electrical Engineering
- 6 to 8 years in pharmaceutical primary and secondary packing
- Exposure in manufacturing in Granulation, compression, and Coating
- Experience with SAP-related activities
- Ability to handle teams including contractual persons and operators
- Training experience on GMP and related ISO requirements
