Job Summary
Lead large-scale experiential (XM) productions from concept through execution, overseeing integrated programs that connect experiential, digital, content, and social into cohesive brand experiences. Build trusted relationships with senior clients as a strategic production partner while partnering closely with creative, strategy, account, and delivery teams to produce high-quality work on time and on budget. Mentor producers, establish production best practices, and identify opportunities to expand client partnerships through thoughtful, integrated solutions. Contribute to agency growth via strong client relationships and industry expertise. Requires extensive experience leading XM and integrated productions, deep expertise across production disciplines, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Must be willing to travel for client meetings and productions. Monday through Thursday in-office with flexible remote options.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading large-scale experiential (XM) and integrated productions within an agency or studio environment
- Deep expertise across experiential, digital, content, and social production
- Proven ability to build lasting client relationships that lead to continued partnership and organic account growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across a variety of clients and industries
- A collaborative, calm, and solutions-oriented approach, with the confidence to lead complex productions and navigate ambiguity
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, productions, and company events
- A valid passport
- A driver's licence
