Job Summary
Manage a team of producers and associate producers to create current programming for TMB's streaming platforms, including FailArmy, The Pet Collective, and At Home with Family Handyman. Collaborate with US-based counterparts to ensure formats meet quality standards, coordinate with scriptwriters and editors, and conceptualize content using AI tools and mood boards. Build a roster of talent for the Gurgaon studio, align creative treatments with green-lit shows, and troubleshoot production challenges to meet deadlines. Participate in quarterly brainstorming sessions to ideate new formats while fostering a culture of experimentation and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in filmmaking, journalism, English or communications
- 7+ years in a current programming role
- Proven track record managing a team of high-performing producers
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the television, social, digital and streaming TV landscapes
- Strong written and interpersonal communications skills
- Passion for creating entertaining video formats for streaming TV
- Ability to effectively collaborate across teams
- The self-confidence to receive and process constructive feedback
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile growth environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with a streaming television production house or media company
