Executive Producer to lead Talk of the Devils, the Manchester United podcast, transforming it into a video-first, multi-platform franchise. You will direct editorial, visual evolution, and growth on YouTube and social channels; manage a Manchester-based team of producers, editors, and social specialists; oversee talent relationships and collaboration with the UK football editorial team; and work with commercial teams to integrate sponsorships while maintaining high journalistic standards.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of digital media experience producing high-profile video podcasts or digital football programming for a major publisher, broadcaster, or club channel
- YouTube mastery: understanding of YouTube ecosystem, algorithm mechanics, retention strategies, thumbnail/title optimization, and community-building
- Manchester United and football fluency: understanding of club history, fan culture, and Premier League landscape
- Video talk show expertise: knowledge of video talk formats, control room workflows, multi-camera studio setups, and modern digital editing techniques
- In-person leadership: experience leading creative teams under tight deadlines
