Job Summary
Own and execute original programming for McClatchy's Communities of Interest by identifying trends and stories that spark engagement. Oversee all phases of production, managing budgets, schedules, and freelance talent to deliver high-impact projects. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure content authenticity and audience growth while using AI tools and data-driven insights to identify opportunities and streamline workflows. Lead the charge in creating content for emerging trends across verticals for communities of interest and the Trend Hunter platform.
