Job Summary
Executive Producer responsible for end-to-end production oversight of large-scale experiential programs, leading production strategy, managing multiple workstreams, onsite leadership for live events, mentoring Senior Producers, owning multimillion-dollar budgets, and driving profitability within a remote-first agency.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of experiential/event production experience, with 3–5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven experience managing large-scale experiential programs with $500K–$5M+ production budgets
- Demonstrated success owning production across multi-project, multi-workstream client accounts
- Deep knowledge of live event production, fabrication, logistics, AV, staffing, permitting, and safety plans
- Strong financial acumen with experience owning estimates, SOWs, contracts, and reconciliations
- Experience leading and mentoring production teams in a fast-paced agency environment
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams and willing to travel as required
