Job Summary
Lead the planning and execution of large-scale experiential events and brand productions, managing complex, multi-workstream projects from concept through on-site delivery. Serve as the primary senior production lead for clients and internal teams, overseeing project budgets, cost tracking, and margin reconciliation. Direct on-site operations including rehearsals, show days, and load-in/load-out while managing internal teams, vendors, and large crews. Mentor junior staff and collaborate with clients to ensure brand messaging is executed effectively, while identifying opportunities to grow client relationships. Requires 15+ years of experience in event production with full-time status and required travel.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in event production or experiential marketing
- Experience leading large-scale events and productions with complex logistics
- Strong client management experience within an agency environment
- Proven ability to manage large teams, vendors, and production crews
- Strong financial management experience including budgeting and cost control
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of event production technologies and tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation tools
- Ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Travel required for event production and on-site management
