Job Summary
Executive Presentation & Visual Storytelling Specialist responsible for hands-on creation and development of executive-level presentations. Design and build high-quality materials for leadership meetings, translate complex topics into clear narratives, and ensure visual clarity and consistency across materials. Manage multiple workstreams, maintain templates and visual systems, and collaborate with senior leadership to enable focused executive communication. Must have 3+ years in related roles, a university degree, and fluency in German and English, with advanced skills in PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, Canva, and multimedia integration. Salary disclosed as minimum EUR 2,535 gross per month with compensation above the minimum based on market rates. Diversity-focused employer.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in presentation design, visual communication, consulting, or similar roles
- University degree in media design, marketing, communications, business administration, or relevant experience
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Advanced expertise in creating high-quality presentations, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, structured, and visually compelling slides
- Hands-on experience with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Adobe Suite, Canva) including advanced slide building, layering, and multimedia integration
- Strong visual design capabilities including layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and the ability to create impactful visual storytelling
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments, with strong attention to detail and ability to iterate quickly based on feedback
- Strong structural thinking, reliability, and execution focus
- Proven professional experience of minimum 3 years in presentation design, visual communication, consulting, or similar roles with a strong focus on executive-level materials
- University degree in media design, marketing, communications, business administration, or relevant experience
