Job Summary
Executive PPC responsible for planning and managing non-stock projects from initiation to dispatch, ensuring alignment with timelines and compliance requirements. Coordinate with Design, R&D, Production, Logistics, and Quality teams to monitor progress, resolve production issues, and ensure smooth execution. Track project milestones, capacity utilization, and material status while prioritizing urgent orders and ensuring timely monthly dispatch as per commitments. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 2–3 years in Production Planning or Supply Chain; proficient in SAP and MS Excel for reporting, planning, and data analysis; ability to analyze stock levels, production flow, and generate actionable reports; strong cross-functional coordination with procurement, warehouse, production, and sales teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Supply Chain) or a related field
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Production Planning, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain operations
- Strong command of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Excel for reporting, planning, and data analysis
- Solid understanding of production planning, inventory control, order processing, and dispatch coordination
- Strong coordination skills to work cross-functionally with procurement, warehouse, production, and sales teams
