Job Summary
Coordinate with marketing to obtain customer demand and reserve plant capacity, then prepare detailed plans to ensure on-time garment delivery. Attend operations, purchasing, and production meetings to verify issues and secure a two-week production schedule. Communicate with PDC, IE, MQA, and production teams to gather information for loading and detail plans, while updating reports, documents, and SAP systems to facilitate management decisions. Review actual production against the plan to identify significant deviations and trigger immediate corrective actions to meet delivery targets.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering / Physical Science (Mathematics Stream)
- 2 years of work experience in a similar field
- Knowledge in production functions / capacities / processes
- Mathematical and statistical background and analytical skills
