Job Summary
Hybrid full-time Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a travel and lifestyle management company in New York City and Westport. Responsibilities include executive assistant duties (calendar management, scheduling, meeting coordination, prioritization), personal assistant tasks, managing recurring operational tasks and administrative workflows, accounting and payroll coordination, staff tracking, and serving as a discreet communications liaison. Coordinate across internal teams and external partners, anticipate needs, and manage shifting priorities. Also support marketing initiatives such as social media management, content creation, and maintaining the brand’s digital presence tied to travel, culture, and lifestyle.
