Job Summary
Manage the executive's calendar across professional and personal commitments, proactively resolving conflicts and prioritizing tasks. Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, transportation, accommodations, and loyalty programs. Anticipate needs to prepare information, materials, and logistics for daily success. Support personal administrative needs such as organizing expenses, bills, and budgets, while assisting with household services and maintenance. Maintain strong relationships with executives, clients, vendors, and internal contacts. Research and solve problems creatively to optimize resources and streamline processes. Assist with special projects using organizational and presentation skills. Adapt to a dynamic schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or travel.

- Emotionally intelligent, thoughtful, and naturally service-oriented.
- Highly responsive and an excellent communicator across email/messaging, phone, and in person.
- Calm under pressure and adaptable when priorities or plans change.
- Exercises strong judgment and knows when to act independently versus when to ask or escalate.
- Thoughtful with time and resources and naturally looks for opportunities to optimize.
- Comfortable with a role that combines executive support, personal support, and special projects.
- Motivated by responsibility, trust, learning, and the opportunity to support a highly dynamic executive.
- Proficiency with Outlook and Excel is required
- Relevant experience may come from executive support, hospitality, concierge or guest services, executive client services, household/estate management, or another high-touch service environment
- Prior EA experience is valuable
