Manage a high-volume, complex calendar spanning business, personal, and family commitments across multiple time zones while serving as a gatekeeper to prioritize competing demands and manage access. Coordinate domestic and international travel for the Managing Partner and family, adjusting quickly to last-minute changes, and support personal and household needs including vendor coordination and errands. Assist with legal and corporate administrative work such as new client intake, conflict checks, and document preparation, handling sensitive information with discretion. Requires solid experience supporting a senior executive or high-net-worth principal, with law firm or talent agency background preferred. Bachelor's degree and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency required.
