Job Summary
Executive Personal Assistant to a private Newport Beach family. Provide executive administrative and personal support across household and estate operations, including scheduling, travel coordination, calendar management, and coordination of paper-to-digital organization. Manage ongoing vendor communications, service scheduling, and assist with transcription, records, and archival projects. Support preparation for guests and events, household calendars, and project-related tasks across multiple properties and rental estates. Role involves coordinating with vendors, managing timelines, and maintaining digital records; requires discretion, emotional intelligence, organization, and proactive problem-solving. Strong written and verbal communication, calm collaboration with family and staff, and tech-savvy navigation of Google Suite and organizational tools are essential.
