Job Summary
Executive & Personal Support role providing high-trust, hands-on assistance to a busy company leader and executive team. Responsibilities include managing calendars, booking travel, coordinating meetings, handling logistics for business and personal tasks, running errands (coffee runs, dry cleaning, mail, deliveries), organizing the executive’s day, and supporting office operations and events. The role requires proactive problem-solving, discretion with confidential information, reliability, strong judgment, and the ability to adapt to a variety of duties from vendor coordination to event support. The position is in-person, based in Grants Pass, Oregon. Key skills include calendar management, travel coordination, communication, organization, office administration, customer service, and event logistics.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, office coordinator, hospitality professional, or similar support role preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to work in person
- Flexible availability for occasional evenings, weekends, or urgent needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable using email, calendars, phones, basic office technology, and scheduling tools
- Ability to lift and carry office or event supplies as needed
