Job Summary
Provide full-spectrum secretarial and administrative support to the President, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, handling correspondence, and managing document filing. Serve as the key contact point between the President and internal/external parties while managing and maintaining the President's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries. Coordinate travel logistics for flights, hotels, and transportation, and handle daily bookings such as restaurant reservations, beauty appointments, and family doctor visits. Ensure timely delivery of lunch as required and organize internal events like staff appreciation and retreats. Accompany the President on business trips for on-site support and coordination. Manage timelines and provide weekly progress reports on tasks assigned to departments or staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Fluency in English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, including Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, mature personality with a high level of integrity, confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to work and be highly organized under pressure, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Independent, detail-oriented, proactive, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced working environment
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of financial industry preferred but not required
