Job Summary
Conduct root cause analysis on operational failures, delays, and process bottlenecks to identify recurring issues and recommend corrective action plans. Compile, track, and analyze daily operational KPIs to produce concise reports and visual dashboards for market leaders. Plan, forecast, and optimize manpower support by analyzing package handling volume and operational workflows. Design, build, and maintain interactive Looker dashboards to track real-time operational efficiency and performance trends. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform data from multiple operational databases for regular and ad-hoc analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally with ground operations and market leadership to drive data-informed process improvements. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Logistics, etc.), Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline
- Proficiency in writing SQL to query and manipulate large databases
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain Looker dashboards
- Strong analytical capabilities with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Clear communication skills with the ability to summarize complex data into clear reports for leadership
- High level of initiative and ability to manage daily operational deliverables independently
Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in operations analysis, logistics, or performance management
