Job Summary
Executive Performance Integration Director responsible for delivering digital planning and activation for a Global flagship account within the Connected Performance team. Defines and evolves digital strategies that align with the client’s UK business, marketing, and media objectives, leading insight-driven planning and ecosystem/platform selections with budget recommendations tied to KPI-driven measurement frameworks. Acts as a core information source for the client and wider agency teams, ensuring efficient integration across specialist and generalist groups, with accountability for revenue opportunities across digital and data/technology and OMG’s broader services. Oversees portfolio management, digital channels integration with offline activity, development of planning principles to maximize ROMS, and team management including resourcing, upskilling, and regular training to agency standards. Requires deep experience across social and search ecosystems (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap), programmatic understanding, and ability to translate performance objectives into actionable, measurable campaigns. Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive experience within social and search ecosystems (agency, publisher, operations or buy-side)
- Experience with buying platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Snap
- Strategic understanding of biddable channels
- Proven delivery against performance objectives
- Ability to work with in-house teams and external partners
- Knowledge of measurement in an app-first world
- Strong team management, resourcing and training
- Understanding of digital media and related verticals
