Job Summary

Executive, People Solutions role delivering end-to-end HR partnering in an aviation environment. Acts as coordination point between employees, line managers, and CoEs to ensure smooth execution of core HR processes including employee lifecycle management, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. Supports data-driven decision making and contributes to the implementation of People strategies. Champions onboarding, transfers, promotions, exit management, performance cycles, and PIPs; handles employee relations matters and supports recruitment, compensation, and development initiatives with CoEs; ensures accuracy of HR data and compliance with policies and regulations; prepares and analyses HR reports to inform business insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HRBP support, or a generalist HR role
  • Basic understanding of HR practices across employee lifecycle, employee relations, and performance management
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret HR data and support reporting
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a dynamic, high-growth environment
