Job Summary
Executive Programmatic role supporting planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of programmatic advertising campaigns across DSPs. Responsibilities include setting up campaigns across DSPs, uploading creatives, configuring targeting, budgets, pacing, and optimization rules; ensuring campaigns go live on schedule; daily performance monitoring; tracking metrics (impressions, CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, conversions); identifying trends and driving optimization; preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports; collaborating with Planning, Ad Ops, Creative, Analytics, and vendors; maintaining campaign documentation and ensuring billing accuracy and brand safety compliance. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/related field and 0–2 years of digital media/programmatic experience; familiarity with DSP platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk); strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in digital media / programmatic (internship experience welcome)
- Basic understanding of programmatic ecosystem and DSP platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk)
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a dynamic agency environment
