Job Summary
Executive, Patient Services manages admissions, means testing, financial counselling, billing, and submission of insurance claims for Inpatient, Home Care, and Day Care services. Responsibilities include overseeing pre-admission processes with accurate documentation and receipts, managing means-testing via NMTS and subsidy data in IHMS, conducting financial counselling, generating and processing invoices and charge confirmations, submitting claims to Medisave/Medishield and other insurers, tracking claim statuses, and preparing monthly reconciliations of subsidy changes. It also covers admissions and discharges for Homecare/Daycare, quarterly load reports via the ILTC portal, and monthly reconciliation of subsidy adjustments. The role requires system analytics to identify improvements and collaboration with developers/project teams to design, test, and deploy features, plus clear stakeholder communication. Job requirements include a Degree/Diploma in Healthcare Administration or Business and a minimum of 3 years’ healthcare experience; strong communication and interpersonal skills; mature, dynamic, self-motivated work style.
