Job Summary
Executive, Patient Services (Contract) focuses on supporting day-to-day operations across In-patient, Home Care, and Day Care services. Responsible for administrative duties such as data entry, records management, patient registration, appointment bookings and reminders, handling inquiries via phone/email/walk-ins, liaising with internal teams to maintain patient flow and operational efficiency, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with procedures, and supporting process-improvement initiatives. The role emphasizes strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a professional, patient-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks within a 2-year contract. Salary up to $2,800/month (Singapore) and related benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Preferably 1–3 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general IT systems
