Job Summary
Executive Partner/Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner across hospitality, real estate, and development entities. Beyond traditional admin support, the role manages communications, prioritizes initiatives, aligns calendars with development milestones and investor commitments, prepares briefing materials, coordinates lender/investor materials, and supports senior stakeholder engagement across multiple companies. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, discreet, and comfortable operating with investors, lenders, attorneys, public officials, and senior leadership. Core duties include gatekeeping communications, calendar optimization, drafting high-level correspondence, coordinating development initiatives, tracking deadlines, and ensuring follow-through on action items. The role requires managing confidential information, coordinating between internal teams and external advisors, and implementing systems to streamline workflow. This is a part-time opportunity with potential to become full-time; location is Hooksett, NH with responsibilities across New Hampshire and beyond.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting a founder, managing partner, or senior executive in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
- High emotional intelligence and professional maturity
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Comfortable juggling multiple business lines and competing priorities
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; experience with project management, CRM, or financial reporting tools preferred
